STEP FOUR- AUDITION, APPLY AND...
RESPECT THE DECISIONS MADE
After auditions are finished and cast and crew application are turned in, the directing team will make some tough decisions. We appreciate EVERYONE that applies to be a part of CAST, CREW, and PIT BAND.
We may not be able to use everyone. We may not put you in the role you wanted. These decisions involve many, many components and do NOT reflect upon your individual worth or "awesomeness." Regardless of our decisions, be happy for others and be supportive of the decisions made. Poor post-casting or crew assigning attitudes will not encourage the directing team to use you in future productions.
Be positive and supportive of all that will be a part of this show.
